Topic: "Core Performance - Managing Personal Energy for Balance & Productivity"
Core Performance is centered around managing human energy for peak performance. Participants will learn how to operate differently to successfully meet demands without compromise. Our work with high performers around the world informs us that the only way our clients can be their best is to consider how they are growing capabilities and building skill in 4 distinct but interdependent CORE’s in the human system that influence how we show up when it matters most. Core Performance is based on decades of work in the world of high performance in sport, special operations, surgeons, pilots, elite law enforcement and leaders from the private and public sectors.

New Membership Dues Structure

A new dues structure will take effect during our upcoming dues renewal period in January 2023. Click here to view the message that was sent out which explains this change in more detail.

Included in that message was a brief video from President Skinner, and Kevin & Marie Campbell giving additional context and information. Click here to view.

We will be sending a message to Oregon chiefs (who will now be considered the Key Contact for the Agency Organization) explaining how this change will impact them specifically.

We enjoyed looking at all the great photos of agencies around Oregon celebrating Halloween 2022 with their communities. Here are some of the photos we found while snooping around fb. Please remember, if your agency is involved in a community outreach and have pictures to share, send them our way. We love featuring the great work that Oregon police departments are involved with.
