Meet Our Newest OACP Active Members
Lieutenant Geoffrey Kirkpatrick, Medford PD Sergeant Dean Butler, Stayton PD
Lieutenant Chris Fluellen, Scappoose PD - Chris enjoys boating, firearms, arcade collection and repair.
Chief Josh Gregory, Gearhart PD - Josh likes to play the guitar, golf, and fish. He likes most music, but especially 90's rock and country. If he could travel anywhere, he'd probably go back to Scotland and Ireland. He also confesses to eating a lot of burritos!
Chief Joel Hensley, Gold Beach PD - Joel truly enjoys the outdoors - camping, hunting, fishing, and boating - spending a lot of time on the Rogue River. He and his wife of over 28 years, Katie, love to go on cruises. They have two grown sons with families of their own. Joel and Katie have one grandson whom they love to brag about. Joel's guilty pleasure (believe it or not) is Totino's frozen pizza. (We won't judge.)
Captain Edward Perry, North Bend PD - Ed enjoys hunting, fishing, and taking rides into the mountains in their side by side. He loves traveling , especially taking road trips with no real destination or timeline. He and his wife enjoy taking their five kids (ages 17-29) and two grandkids to Disneyland. However, they've been known to sneak off to Disneyland without them from time to time. Ed is a sucker for a good ol' Irish pub where he can grab a ruben or slice of shepherds pie. He'll listen to any music, with the exception of opera.

Chief Mark Waddell, Junction City PD - Mark has spent almost 27 years as a youth and HS coach. He enjoys traveling and hunting. Country music is his genre of choice, and he admits to a Diet Pepsi addiction.
Chief Tim Plummer, Madras PD - Tim likes to go salmon fishing. He listens to classical music. Given a choice of anywhere to travel he would go to Europe. His go-to food is a well-prepared tri-tip.
Captain Greg Bruce, Central Point PD - Greg's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and coaching youth sports. He loves country music. He believes vacations at the Oregon Coast are the best, and pizza is always a favorite go-to food.
Sergeant Manny Herrera, Sandy PD - Manny likes to fish and spend time with his family. He enjoys being outdoors and going to the beach. He has three children - a 25-year-old son, a 26-year-old daughter, and a seven-year-old son. He and his wife also own a thrift store.
Chief Jim Hamilton, Eagle Point PD - Jim's main hobby is cars and working on them. He doesn't claim to be good at it, but he does as much as he can before sending it to a professional to fix his "repairs." (We appreciate his honesty.) He enjoys all genres of music, but he's a big fan of Def Leppard, 80's music, and For King and Country. If he could go anywhere for vacation, he would choose Australia and Okinawa. His go-to food is ice cream...it's his kryptonite.
Captain Shawn Marsh, Cottage Grove PD - Shawn loves to hunt, fish, and travel with his beautiful wife. When they travel, they enjoy any place that is warm and sunny, preferably with a sandy beach. He enjoys classic rock, loves seafood and Mexican food and a great steak or Prime Rib.
