Cancellation Policy:  We are no longer able to issue a refund after Tuesday, April 9. Unfortunately once we submit the meal count to the conference center, we will not be able to issue refunds at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

LODGING & TRAVEL:
Although the Pendleton Convention Center does not have its own hotel, there is ample lodging in the area. We have secured room blocks in several hotels. Click on the LODGING OPTIONS button above for reservation information.

Travel Options: 
There are two airports nearby:

Pendleton Airport (PDT) is just three miles northwest of Pendleton. Commercial service is provided by Boutique Air to Portland. 

Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) in Pasco, WA is 71 miles from Pendleton. It is the largest airport in Southeastern Washington. The airport is served by Delta, Alaska Air, United, Allegiant, Avelo, and American Airlines. 

WEDNESDAY EVENING OPTIONAL EVENT:
Join us Wednesday night, after the vendor reception, at Hamley Slickfork Saloon (6:30 - 9:30 pm). This will be a fun, relaxed evening with a buffet dinner & drinks, a Country Rock band, and (possible) cornhole and/or poker tournaments. This event is an additional $30 and can be signed up for in the registration form. Thanks to Pendleton PD, and their offer to sponsor the cost of the shuttle, transportation to and from hotels in the area will be provided at no additional charge. 

TRADE SHOW OPEN TO NEARBY AGENCIES:
Each year the Annual Conference coordinates a Trade Show where around 70 vendors/sponsors participate. This year, the Trade Show is open to not only conference attendees, but anyone else from nearby agencies wishing to attend. Separate exhibit hours for these folks will be held during conference training Wednesday, April 17 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm. If you are an agency in the area, please invite those from your agency who may be in the market for one of the products/services our vendors will be exhibiting at the conference. This will be free and available for agencies both in Oregon and Washington.

Interested in enjoying some of the wonderful sights and activities in and around Pendleton? Pendleton PD compiled a list of possible excursions for those who will be making their way to this year’s annual conference. Consider arriving a day early, or staying through the weekend once the conference is over. There are enough options to satisfy a wide range of tastes and interests.
