The Karlyn Campbell Award

The Karlyn Campbell Award honors the legacy of Karlyn Campbell, the late mother of Executive Director Kevin Campbell, who dedicated more than 20 years of faithful service and support to the OACP. Karlyn was known for her steady guidance, generous spirit, and unwavering commitment to lifting others up - qualities that shaped the heart of this organization.

This award recognizes individuals who reflect her example of true servant leadership: those who sacrificially share their time, experience, and wisdom; who remain consistently available as a resource to others; and who help leaders navigate difficult challenges with integrity and compassion. Nominees distinguished themselves through mentorship, encouragement, and a nurturing approach that strengthens the profession and fosters lasting professional growth.

Do you work with someone who mentors others through tough challenges and gives generously of their time? Nominate them in the spirit of the Karlyn Campbell Award by March 15.
