Meet OACP's Annual Conference Presenter:
|
Description: "Policing is evolving, and the agencies that thrive will be those that intentionally shape cultures rooted in trust, purpose, and leadership at every level. Drawing on the principles from The Curve and the leadership philosophy of Simon Sinek, this session explores how police leaders can move beyond reactive management to build resilient, people-centered organizations. Participants will examine methods to cultivate environments where officers feel valued, supported, and inspired to serve - strengthening both organizational performance and community trust."
