INVITE YOUR LOVED ONES TO A SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

This year we're offering something we haven't done in the past - we're giving conference attendees an opportunity to invite their loved ones to sit in on a presentation that addresses the unique challenges that come with this profession and the trauma that may ensue as a result.

All spouses and significant others of those attending the conference are encouraged to join us on Thursday, April 6 at 1:30 pm. We are hoping that the information on trauma - identifying it, making sense of it, and addressing it - will be of great value. Encourage your loved ones to join us for this presentation. We will make sure there are additional chairs available! No need to let us know...simply have them accompany you at this training.

"What an outstanding opportunity for attendees and their significant others! I hope a lot of people take advantage of it. Way to go Training Committee! Our line of work takes a toll on everyone. We often overlook our loved ones and how secondary trauma effects them. I am very proud to be part of an organization that sees the value of educating not only its members but also their significant others on trauma." ~ Chief Mike Pace

GOLF TOURNAMENT:

If you are interested in playing golf at Juniper Golf Course on Monday, April 3, contact Chief Mitch Hicks or Jeff Kuhns.
