October 28, 2020

November 9 &10
8am to approximately 3pm (lunch break included)

Join us for our inaugural 2020 Virtual Leadership Symposium! The registration form link was sent to all Chiefs and already 60 have registered from various agencies.  We're excited for this event and believe the line-up of presentations will be of benefit to agencies around the state. Participants will receive DPSST credit for various training disciplines for both Command Staff and Line Officers.

As you know, because of COVID we had to cancel both the Annual and Fall Conferences this year. Not only do those conferences provide valuable training, but also a source of income for OACP. Putting on this virtual training event will help us accomplish both of these objectives.

Thanks to Chief Don Taylor (Turner PD) who has been gathering goods, and researching the best platform for OACP's Auction, we're preparing for this creative fundraiser. It will take place on Facebook Saturday, December 5 at 9am until Sunday, December 6 at 3pm. More information to come.

Oh my gourd! Look at the spooktacular way Winston PD is engaging with their community during this Halloween season.

Winston PD participated in Wildlife “Safari After Dark” event. At this event guests were able to drive thru the park and see the animals after dark, trick or treat, and look for Halloween creatures.
