Honoring Leadership Excellence


FBI-LEEDA presented the Agency Trilogy Award to the Albany Police Department October 8th, 2025, recognizing agencies whose entire Command Staff has completed the Trilogy Leadership Series. Chief Marcia Harnden and her team have long supported FBI-LEEDA, frequently hosting courses for law enforcement professionals across Oregon.

Congratulations to Chief Harnden and her outstanding team on this achievement!

As 'Guardians of the Flame', LETR members have long stood shoulder to shoulder with Special Olympics athletes—celebrating courage, inclusion, and the power of community. The 2025 Fall State Games are coming at the end of November, and SOOR is inviting the LETR family to go beyond the torch by volunteering a few hours of their time.

 Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM Opening Ceremonies.  Games start directly after, stay and enjoy at your leisure.
Location: Providence Park, Portland
