This time next week, the OACP Annual Conference will be lifting off

A friendly reminder to arrive early, get plenty of rest, and come ready for a packed few days of learning, connecting, and a little fun along the way. While the training schedule is full and focused, we’ve intentionally woven in optional events and social gatherings throughout the week to give everyone a chance to recharge, connect with peers, and step away from the classroom for a bit of well-earned respite.

This year’s conference carries a bit of extra weight when it comes to being in the room. One presenter has chosen not to record their session, and another has placed limits on post-conference availability, meaning some of what you experience on-site may not be fully accessible afterward. In short: if you want it, you’ll want to be here for it.

So get your bags packed, your calendars cleared, and your energy ready. We’ll see you soon for a week that’s equal parts professional development, networking, and OACP tradition.

"Undercover After Hours"

Join us at the Flying X Speakeasy

Tuesday, May 12 | 8:00–10:30 PM

We’ll close out the Legacy Dinner at Hamley’s honoring those who’ve served and then take a short stroll across the street as the Flying X Speakeasy closes its doors to regular traffic and opens exclusively for OACP members.

Join us at the Flying X Speakeasy for an exclusive OACP Member gathering—an optional conference social generously sponsored by Sharp Performance.

Expect good company, a welcoming atmosphere, and a few stories best kept inside the room.

This one’s word-of-mouth only… but you’ll know where to find it.

"Bowling with a Badge"

Roll Call Starts at 8pm!

Wednesday, May 13 | 8-10pm

We’ll close out Wednesday evening after the Vendor Reception and dinner on your own, by trading the briefing room for the bowling lanes.

Join us at Quaking Aspens Lanes (Wildhorse Casino) for an evening of networking, friendly competition, and a few strikes (on the lanes, not the job).

No experience required, just bring your game face.

Let’s see who shows up ready to roll.
