May is Mental Health Awareness Month. RALI Oregon is working with their local partners to help end the opioid crisis in Oregon. This month, and every month, they want to encourage people to reach out to loved ones who may be struggling during these challenging times and recommit to the fight against substance misuse to ensure healthier, happier communities across the state and country. Congratulations to Chief Denney Kelley (Black Butte Ranch) on his retirement at the end of this month. In the Chief's 40+ years, he has worked at Lincoln City PD, Portland Police Bureau, and Black Butte Ranch and served in a variety of assignments. The OACP wishes Chief Kelley a relaxing and happy retirement!
