May 11 - 14, 2021
Riverhouse on the Deschutes
Bend, OR

Restrictions have lessened in Deschutes county and therefore we are moving forward confidently with our plans for an in-person Annual Conference. Conference registration will begin the first (or second) week of April. Our hands are tied up at the moment with registering as many sponsors as Covid restrictions and space will allow. The number of attendees will be limited to 100 (at least at current restriction levels) and priority will be given to agency chiefs or a designee from the agency (per the decision of OACP President Jim Ferraris) for the first week of registration. After that time, registration will be open to all other members. Education & Training committee co-chairs and members are diligently making decisions about training and are looking for just the right presenters to round out our training lineup. Consider now if you are able to join us. More info to come on the schedule, registration, reserving rooms at Riverhouse on the Deschutes, and our plan for accommodating spouses who would like to join us for some of the functions taking place during the conference.

Nominate a Peer for an OACP Award

The Annual Conference is fast approaching and with it comes an opportunity to recognize fellow members by nominating them for an award. Although OACP's budget may not allow for traditional award plaques, we still want to acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of OACP members in some meaningful way. Take a moment to read through the descriptions and consider which of your peers you may want to nominate.

Click here for descriptions of all the awards and their criteria, and to download a copy of the OACP Award Nomination form.

All award nominations are due by April 12, 2021.
