Community Engagement
OACP member Chief Steve Macartney (Burns PD) took a field trip to the Harney County Early Childhood Center this week. A small investment of time, that helps develop positive relationships with the next generation. Thank you for being a great role model, Chief.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE NEW CHIEFS

Chief Ronald Bridge took the reigns at Umatilla PD on December 27. He comes from Utah where he has over two decades of law enforcement experience. The OACP congratulates Chief Bridge and wishes him great success in his new role.

Chief Nick Jones was appointed chief at North Plains PD on January 22. Chief Jones has over a decade of service at the Washington County Sheriff's Office and has worked in North Plains since 2019.
