Captain Greg Elkins, Milwaukie PD I have been married to my wife, Jill, since 2004. She teaches language arts at Rock Creek Middle School in Happy Valley. We have two children, Allison (20) and Bradley (17). We spend a lot of time with our kids. We love taking cruises and love vacationing anywhere warm. I am an 80's kid who loves classic rock (Best music genre).

Academy Operations Manager Brie Murphy, DPSST This will definitely surprise folks at DPSST as I would always say my favorite hobby was golf... which it was... but now, I think we are becoming a full-on Disney family... My twins are 3.5 years old, and we are headed to Disneyland for their 3rd trip.
Regional Manager Joel Lujan, OLCC I’m an Avid cyclist since 1982 and enjoy adventure motorcycling. My music choice would be - Texas Red Dirt Country and vacations are mountain biking in the mountains or on a beach. Texas Brisket or Tex-Mex (both home cooked) are my go-to foods.

Peter J. Rasic has been appointed as Sunriver’s new Chief of Police.
With nearly 30 years in law enforcement, Rasic most recently served as a lieutenant with the El Monte Police Department in California, where he oversaw patrol operations, emergency preparedness, & a $44 million budget supporting 167 personnel. He holds a masters in public administration & a bachelors degree in speech from California State University, Long Beach, & has completed advanced training with the FBI National Academy among others.
Peter and his family are longtime visitors to Sunriver & are well-acquainted with the community. The OACP wishes Chief Rasic a warm welcome and best wishes on his new role in Sunriver.
