The 2022 Annual Conference is underway and we're off to a great start!

Tuesday, retired chiefs joined us at the conference and it was a great opportunity to connect with former colleagues. One of the highlights was showing video recordings of four past presidents providing  their reflections on the year of their presidency. President Matt Workman MC'd the evening, and recognized past presidents who were in attendance.

The Honor Guard from Bend PD started the morning in a meaningful way by Posting Colors at the beginning of breakfast. We recognized new members and recently appointed chiefs.

There was a lot of foot traffic in the Vendor area. A record number of vendors have chosen to participate this year.

Thank you Rick Puente for keeping the vibe energetic at the Trade Show.

OACP President Matt Workman and Chief Doug Shoemaker (IACP Fifth Vice President) presented Chief Dave Rash with the IACP Scholarship.

There is a great lineup of speakers scheduled throughout the conference.  One of them was Chief John Carli who spoke on "Leading During Unprecedented Times" on Wednesday.
