Readiness Week is coming September 21–25

Lexipol continues to be a valued OACP partner, investing in opportunities that support Oregon law enforcement. This September, the OACP is pleased to partner with Lexipol for Readiness Week, bringing this free virtual training opportunity to our members.

For Lexipol, readiness goes beyond Readiness Week. As the OACP Fall Conference Training Sponsor, they are also helping make meaningful, high-quality training in Ashland possible, continuing their support of OACP’s mission to strengthen leadership and professional growth across Oregon law enforcement.

As part of our Fall Conference programming, attendees will join a Readiness Week session live together on the opening day of the conference:

"From Policy to Performance: Why Execution Breaks Down: Even strong policies can fall short when training, coaching, supervision and accountability don’t translate written expectations into real-world performance. This session will explore where execution breaks down - and how leaders can strengthen culture, reinforcement and readiness so their people are prepared when it matters most."

Readiness Week brings together public safety professionals from across the country for expert-led webinars, practical resources and actionable strategies focused on agency readiness. Members will also have access to a free Readiness Assessment, along with resources covering leadership, policy, training, wellness, data and operations.

We encourage members to register for Readiness Week.  While you're at it, make sure you're registered for the OACP Fall Conference, too. Join your colleagues in Ashland for this one-hour training, and then continue learning through Lexipol’s additional sessions and resources throughout the week.
