Chief Kathy McAlpine Retires (sort of)
The OACP congratulates Chief Kathy McAlpine on her retirement from Tigard PD. Chief McAlpine has had a nearly four-decade career in law enforcement and has been the chief of Tigard PD since 2017. Chief McAlpine has also been a valuable member of the OACP having joined in 2017 and serving as a Board District Representative since May 2020. The OACP congratulates her on a job well done and wishes her great success in her new endeavor at DPSST as their new Professional Standards Division Director.
