Topic: "Officer Morale During Difficult Times"
As law enforcement leaders, it is our moral and ethical responsibility to detect signs of stressors in our workers and to pay attention to the morale of our officers. Perhaps now more than ever, the risk of depression and suicide has never been greater and leaders that are attentive and that care for their people have never been more important.
